All orders are processed and shipped from Spain (European Union).

Processing Time


Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Processing times may be longer during product launches, holidays or high-volume periods.

Delivery times depend on the destination and the selected shipping service.

*Spain: 1–3 business days

Express tracked: 8€

*European Union: 3–7 business days

Basic tracked 12€ / Express tracked: 17€

*United Kingdom Basic tracked 14€ / Express tracked: 21€

*Switzerland: 5–10 business days

Express Saver tracked: 21€

*United States & Canada: 7–15 business days

Express Saver tracked: 25€

*Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

Express Saver tracked: 55€

Tracking

All orders include a tracking number once shipped.Tracking may take 24–72 hours to update after dispatch.

Customs & Import Fees (IMPORTANT)

Orders shipped outside the European Union (including the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, the United States, Canada, Japan, Australia and others) may be subject to import duties, customs fees or taxes charged by the destination country.

These charges are NOT included in our prices or shipping costs and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.

If the customer refuses to pay these charges and the parcel is returned to us, any return shipping fees, customs charges or additional costs will be deducted from the refund

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by:incorrect or incomplete shipping addressthe customer not being available for deliveryrefusal to accept the parcelAny additional fees resulting from these situations will be the customer's responsibility.

Lost or Delayed Shipments


Once the order has been handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather conditions or courier handling.If a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will replace or refund the order.
